This course is based on the job required to perform by a Medical Laboratory Technician at different level of health institution in Nepal and abroad. The program aims to deveop sufficient man power in medical lab technician who works in hospitals and medical laboratory.

Requirement for admission and selection criteria
To fulfil the entry level requirement for admission, candidates must have passed the school leaving certificate (SLC) with second division in aggregate, and a pass in the entrance examination conducted by CTEVT.
Enrolment Capacity and Duration:
30 students/year. The course has total of three years duration with a yearly based academia.
